Job Description:
1. Answer telephones. When taking messages, accuracy is essential
2. Open and sort incoming mail
3. Email or print and mail invoices
4. Apply checks received to customer accounts
5. Check prior day counter receipts to ensure all sales order were converted to invoices
6. Monthly Bank reconciliation
7. Check PO Box/Purchase stamps
8. Maintain a list of office supplies to be ordered
9. Organize & Maintain inventory of company apparel
10. Maintain/organize general office area
11. Data Entry

Experience:
